Graduated from Penn State University College of Agricultural 1969 with a degree in Forestry. Served in the United States Army from 1969 through 1971 with the Army Corp of Engineers. A veteran of the Vietnam Campaign, Tom was honorably discharged in 1971. Married Kathleen Marie Keller in 1971 and blessed with four children. Started his studies for the ministry in 1976 and was ordained as a permanent deacon for the Diocese of Jefferson City in 1983. Currently serving the parish of Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church in Rolla, Missouri. Finished his career in the heavy & highway construction business as Vice President of Bloomsdale Excavation Company and Vice President with Nexus Construction Services Group, and retired in 2015.
