Lydia is the second oldest child in her family but the oldest sibling to serve at Camp! She currently is going to First Chirstian Church in Union, Mo and has been her whole life! She just graduated High school and is really excited to be doing the Impact internship!  

Lydia has a passion for serving others in any way that she can and that started when she was asked to help her pre-K teacher set up the classroom. She has been serving at her church since she was in 6th grade by helping and teaching children from the ages of newborn to 5th grade!  

  Lydia first heard about camp at her church because they were doing a fundraiser so the camp could get new mattresses. Then her youth pastor pulled her and 5 other kids aside and asked them if they would like to serve at camp for 2 weeks as a trial run.  They agreed and they absolutely loved it. She decided that she was coming back the next summer for as long as she could.  

Lydia’s next steps are to do the Impact internship for one year and then go to Ozark Christian College and get a degree in children’s ministry!  

What will she be doing for camp? She will be helping run the Media department and do whatever else she’s told.
